The self- catering accommodation sleeps six plus two or three small
children/babies in three bedrooms. There are radiators and heaters
throughout the cottage and the facilities include the following:

Spacious tiled entrance and hallway. Enough space to dump your boots,
coats etc.

Character kitchen with pine units and electric oven, microwave and
other cooking facilities, fridge etc.

Wash/Drying cloak room with toilet facilities attached.

Dining reception area with solid fuel Raeburn cooker providing cosy
warmth in the cooler months and cooking facilities for those who wish
to use it. Large expanding dining room table with 6 matching chairs
and other chairs available. Seats 8 comfortably.

Spacious Sitting room with large inglenook fire with old bread oven
and solid fuel/log burner for cosy evenings in. Large Colour TV,
Video and DVD Player. Sumptuous cottage suite to seat 6, coffee
table, cabinets and spare seating available.

Stairs from dining area to spacious landing with access to bedrooms
and bathroom on first floor.

Modern stylish bathroom with bath, loo, sink and separate shower.

Bedrooms
- Bedroom one has a king-size double bed and a cot
bed suitable for a child up to 1m tall, there is also a travel cot
available on request
- Bedroom two has a large double bed
- Bedroom three has large bunkbeds suitable for
adults or children.
- There is also a travel cot available on request.
(linen and bedding are not provided for either the cot bed or travel
cot.) A Z-bed is also available for an older child (linen included).
This could be put in either bedroom one or three

Outside there are pretty mature garden area with seating and barbecue
facilities. A stream flows down into the front paddock with woodlands
to one side and pasture to the other. The cottage is surrounded by
working farms with sheep, cattle ponies etc.

Ample parking for 3-4 cars if necessary

Other - Games, books and tourist information also provided and a welcome pack and other provisions - local meat and produce - as well as cooked food for your first night is available on request.
